Submitted by Hoss on Wed, 09/01/2010 - 21:09 Attention Dragon Slayers: Member Steve West has put together a great day's drive to run the Cherohala Skyway loop. This will be a fall color run with lots of great scenery and photo ops. Be ready to be photographed on the Dragon by Killboy dot com and others who take pictures of cars, trucks and motorcycles who drive the 11 miles and 318 curves. Plan on a 150 mile, 3 1/2 hour driving day, approximately 6 hours total time. A lunch stop is planned in Robbinsville, NC at what we are assured is a good quality pizza restaurant. This promises to be a great outing.
